• Candles are non-returnable 

• You may request a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged, we will require photo evidence.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wixandwant@gmail.com, including:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Decorative Candles

Candles with decorative elements must have these removed before burning.
Damage caused by burning decorative items is not refundable.
